I'd like to first take this opportunity to welcome Troy Stratton as the RDAUG co-manager. Troy's been very active within the group, and wants to see us grow, so I'm glad to be working with him! In fact...I'm copying his notes on what we are shooting for in RDAUG between the monthly meetings.

I think I wasn't clear when I discussed something related to
this previously in a posting. I see some very useful and elegant
tools for creating form elements using Flex. When designing in xhtml,
using Dreamweaver, I call the form processor from the opening form

form processing. It returns the values entered.

At the very base level you have a computer that runs an HTTP Server. The HTTP server talks to a specific port when accessing the internet (I think it's 80?). Whatever comes out of that port goes out over the wires and gets loaded on the end-users computer. The stuff can be data of any kind, but usually it's HTML or binaries like images, SWFs, sounds, whatever.

Any computer can run an HTTP server, provid...

don't know the specifics - but maybe you could use an Item Renderer? I
was just recently working with something and needed to display a value

another object in the same record. I ended up with something like this

Adrian Pomilio from TUE suggested something similar to your approach:

Then, when the data comes in, assign that data to each ArrayCollection var. Assign one ArrayCollection to each datagird (so ArrCol1 goes with DG1, ArrCol2 goes with DG2, and so on). This way, if you run a filter on ArrCol1 it shouldn't affect ArrCol2 and ArrCol3. Right?
