For our (rather late in the month) May meeting we'll get a presentation from Eric Coker on using Javascript to automate tasks in Adobe applications.  We'll also hear from Ben Farrell with a lesson on using the gradient mesh tool in Illustrator.  Gradient Meshes allow you the ultimate control with your gradient fills to create some great 3D looking effects.

Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and Soundbooth Betas available

Having personally seen a Dreamweaver CS "Next" demo, I can vouch for the coolness. The new "Live View" feature renders your page with Webkit (just like you'd see it in Safari) right in the Dreamweaver IDE. You'll never want to use the crummy design view again. Oh yah, and there's new Fireworks and Soundbooth Betas, but I haven't seen the demos so I can't vouch for them yet!  Find them here!
